Iceland's southernmost village, Vik, sports some of the country's wildest and most dramatic coastline.
Start off your visit on the 20th (Sat): kick back and relax at Reynisfjara Beach, take in the dramatic natural features at Sólheimajökulll, and then tour the pleasant surroundings at Fimmvorduhals Hiking Trail. Keep things going the next day: take in the dramatic natural features at Dyrholaey, stop by Wool Gallery Vik i Myrdal, enjoy the sand and surf at Black Sand Beach, then pause for some photo ops at Voyages Friendship Statue, and finally take a pleasant ride with a tour on horseback.
